The use of our infrastructure for cyber attacks, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, brute force attempts, and port scanning, is strictly prohibited.

+ All customers are expected to engage with our team professionally and courteously. Any form of disrespect, including abusive language or threats, will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of services.

+ Refunds are not available, except in cases of service failure attributable to us within the first 48 hours.

+ Utilizing our servers to develop or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious software is forbidden.

+ Technical support and dedicated server provisioning are available only on business days (Monday to Friday).

+ Support is exclusively provided through our website ticketing system

+ To utilize our services, customers must register. By registering, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

+ We do not offer automatic backup services. Clients are responsible for performing their own backups.

+ Customers must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

+ We are not liable for any loss of server files or modifications.

+ If the customer does not terminate the contract at least one week before its expiration, the contract will be automatically renewed for the same duration as the initial term.
